Our Story!
It all started in a small room with 4 brothers, a whiteboard, and a lot of hungry ambition. We were bouncing ideas off each other — tacos, wings, burgers — until someone casually said:
“What about potatoes?”
At that moment, everything clicked.
We realized the potato was the perfect canvas: hot, filling, affordable, and universally loved. But we didn’t want just any potato — we wanted LOADED ones. Cheesy. Saucy. Over-the-top. We envisioned food that felt like comfort and celebration in one bite. That’s when the idea for LOADED was born.
